On March 26, 1993, it was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code 600638). It is one of the earliest listed real estate enterprises in Shanghai. The company is a Shanghai contract credit grade AAA enterprise, Shanghai financial credit grade AAA enterprise, Shanghai four-star integrity creation enterprise, and Shanghai real estate development enterprises the first batch of advanced integrity commitment units. After years of development, the company has basically formed a "real estate + finance" two-wheel drive development pattern. Among them, the cumulative development area of the real estate business sector is more than 4 million square meters.
