Community Operations Officer (Internship)

Job Description:

1. Strictly implement the company's operating standards, ensure the safety and health of the community and hardware maintenance to meet the standards;

2. Responsible for the formalities of tenant reservation, contract signing, group withdrawal, lease renewal and house change;

3. Responsible for the payment of various expenses of tenants and the maintenance of the relationship between tenants;

4. Responsible for handling tenant complaints, and timely processing and feedback;

5. Responsible for solving the needs of tenants in the store, checking the maintenance of hygiene and cleaning work and equipment and facilities, ensuring the good operation order and customer quality of the community;

6. Responsible for following up the tenant's repair report, and tracking and implementing the repair progress;

7. Assisted the community manager in the planning and organization of community activities, increased tenant stickiness and satisfaction, and promoted store brand building;

8. Complete other related work assigned by the leader.


Job Requirements:

1. Junior or senior students with college degree or above can provide an internship period of no less than 6 months;

2. Strong service awareness, communication and coordination skills, and emergency handling ability;

3. Have affinity and strong sense of responsibility.
